The core of the RMCSoft team is a group of specialists who took part in the development of the first Russian relational DBMS. The company's specialists, the majority of whom are graduates of the Voronezh State University, one of the best colleges in Russia, can implement projects of any complexity level.

We have experience of implementing large-scale projects and offshore development. The high proficiency of the RMCSoft team makes it possible to select the optimum solution for each client, taking into account the client's business needs and existing tools.

RMCSoft is not only a group of experienced managers, but also a team of professionals whose coordinated work provides the success of the company and its clients.

RMCSoft is a company of the future, and the majority of our team members are engaged in research, cooperating with the best universities in Voronezh. 10 of our developers are Ph.D.'s, and 12 are postgraduate students.

To further enhance its business, any company should pay attention to training young professionals. We have experience and knowledge in the area of IT, and we want to pass it on to the next generation. That is why the lead developers of our company are university lecturers (in the VSU and other colleges of Voronezh). We are training the young generation now!
